- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services Aging and DisABILITY Resource Expo

FreeThe Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services is hosting a free Aging and DisABILITY Resource Expo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 10, at the Senior Wellness Center at Bridgewater, 876 East Main St., Bridgewater.
The event will include interactive health screenings and activities, resource tables with representatives from local agencies and community organizations, and a Rutgers University workshop, Empower Your Independence: Adaptive Tools for Everyday Living.
While the event is free to attend, attendees are required to register. Pre-registration can be completed by calling 908-704-6346 or by completing the registration online.
For this event, Somerset County Transportation is also offering door-to-door transportation to the event.
