- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Walmart Virtual Hiring Event

Partners in the Greater Raritan workforce system continue to look for new ways to assist employers with their hiring needs in 2021.
A Walmart Virtual Hiring Event for the company’s Flemington location being conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, is the latest example of this ongoing work. This event is supported by the Hunterdon County Business Service Representative in the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.
During the Zoom event, Walmart representatives will give a brief presentation about the company, open positions (full-and part-time) and their benefits package. In addition, information on their “Dollar a Day” education program will be shared. The virtual event will be accessible from your phone, laptop or personal computer.
