- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Virtual Information for Blind and Visually Impaired Seniors and People of All Ages

The National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey (NFBNJ) is presenting a Virtual Information Fair for Blind and Visually Impaired Seniors and People of All Ages Who Are DeafBlind. The event, running from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, reflects the NFBNJ’s mission to enable all “To Live the Life They Want.”
This free event will primarily focus on how the NFBNJ enhances the lives of people who are blind, deafblind and visually impaired of all ages, and the services and programs available through the NJ Department of Human Services’ Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI).
While admission to this event, which will be presented via Zoom, is free, registration, which includes opportunities for door prizes, is required.
