- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Veteran and Spouse Career and Job Fair

The Morris County One-Stop Career Center in Randolph will be hosting an in-person Veteran and Spouse Career and Job Fair on Wednesday, October 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In attendance will be employers in multiple industries along with training providers detailing programs that are free of charge to veterans through grants and other funding.
The aim of the free event is to assist Veterans who are job ready and provide resources for them to explore careers and learn about pathways. It is presented by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Workforce Development Board of Northwest New Jersey.
Participating employers include: Marotta Controls – Manufacturing (DOD contractor, SpaceX, Marine); USPS – Transportation Logistics and Distribution; The Port Authority; Atlantic Health System – Health Care (CNA, food service, patient care technician); Community Hope – Veteran Resource Provider/Health Care; and the New Jersey Department of Corrections. More employers are being added daily.
Training partners include: Morris/Sussex/Warren Employment and Training Services – Training Grants (CDL, welding, machinist); County College of Morris – Advanced Manufacturing Boot Camp; Npower – Tech Fundamentals Program; and Transfer, which is bringing headsets to demonstrate virtual reality training that will be available in the future to learn topics like maintenance and manufacturing.
