- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Somerset County Veterans Resource, Job and Wellness Fair

FreeVeterans, their families, and the public are invited to attend the Veterans Resource, Job and Wellness Fair, a free event sponsored by the Somerset County Board of County Commissioners. This event offers valuable resources and information about services, health and wellness, employment, networking opportunities and more. County Commissioner Director Shanel Y. Robinson will present a brief keynote on “Transitioning From Military Service to Civilian Workforce.” Pre-registration is requested.
The Veterans Fair takes place from 3 to 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Senior Wellness Center at Bridgewater, 876 E. Main St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Following an opening ceremony and the presentation by Robinson, attendees will be able to network with employers and agency representatives, participate in health screenings, and enjoy light refreshments. At this free event, Veterans and their families will have access to more than 40 companies and agencies ranging from private to non-profit, healthcare and behavioral health agencies offering resources, services, information, and employment.

- Johnson & Johnson (military connected opportunities and resources for Veterans and their spouses, military students, and those currently serving)
- Mass Mutual New Jersey (financial advice for unexpected hardships, planning for the future)
- New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (assistance with taxes, housing, employment and skill building)
- Richard Hall Community Health & Wellness Center (access to mental health services)
- Robert Wood Johnson University Somerset (employment, access to resources, Veterans Employee Resource Group)
- Somerset County Department of Health (health information, education materials and free health screenings)
