  • The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays.   • The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays.   • The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.

In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Planning Pathways Series: Navigating the DDD Service System: Understanding the 4 steps to be determined eligible and enroll in the DDD Service System

Planning Pathways is series of four informational webinars for families supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) being presented by the Hunterdon County Library. Two webinars in January will focus on key aspects of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Eligibility application process. The February sessions will address logistical and legal planning topics to help families prepare for the futures of their loved ones.

The second webinar, Navigating the DDD Service System: Understanding the 4 steps to be determined eligible and enroll in the DDD Service System, will be presented by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities on Thursday, January 20, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

This presentation will provide an overview of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) service system and the steps required to complete the DDD eligibility process. It will also discuss Support Coordination- DDD’s care management model.
