Over the past two years, career-related services offered by the partners of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board have evolved to meet the needs of employers and job seekers in Hunterdon and Somerset counties.

 The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Service Center at 27 Warren St., second floor, in Somerville is open for in-person, career-related services 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to Friday. While appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are welcomed. Appointment-only in-person career-related services are also available 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at the Training Center at 6 Gauntt Place in Flemington. All offices also continue to offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. In addition, a virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted on Fridays, and virtual career-webinars presented by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board continue to be scheduled. NJ Reentry Corp. Interfaith Conference – A Call To Action: Second Chances

New Jersey Reentry Corp. is inviting religious leaders of all faiths from the state of New Jersey to its Interfaith Conference — A Call To Action : Second Chances.

The Keynote Speaker will be Father Greg Boyle, founder of Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles, the largest gang-intervention, rehabilitation and reentry program in the world.

The conference will be conducted on Monday, October 24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Kean University,1000 Morris Ave., Union.
