- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. NJ Cannabis Hiring Event

Canna Get a Second Chance, a New Jersey Cannabis Hiring and Careers Event, is being conducted from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 13, at HUB-13, 13 W. Front St., Trenton.
The free event will allow attendees to: chat directly with hiring managers; discuss cannabis conviction expungement; hear from cannabis industry leaders; receive feedback on resumes and LinkedIn profiles; and receive professional resources, like headshots, haircuts and clothes.
The event’s workshops, seminars and resources are for the previously cannabis-incarcerated as well as those job seekers looking to learn more about the cannabis industry.
