- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. New Jersey Cannabis Industry Information Session and Job Fair at RVCC

Mark your calendar for the New Jersey Cannabis Industry Information Session and Job Fair being conducted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, at the Workforce Training Center at Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg.
The event, presented by the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board, starts with a 10 a.m. presentation about the cannabis industry and job training opportunities from NJ Cannabis Certified; no registration is needed. Then staff from Verano, a growing facility in Whitehouse, will conduct interviews from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. They are looking to fill Grow Specialist and Packing Specialist positions. Registration is recommended for timed interviews but walk-ins will be accommodated.
