The ongoing Coronarvirus (COV-19) pandemic has led to the cancellation, suspension and repurposing of programs and events in the Greater Raritan workforce system and beyond.
The monthly Jersey Job Club workshops and events usually conducted at the Somerville One Stop Career Center have been suspended.
Workshops presented in person by the Greater Raritan One Stop Career Training Center have moved to virtual platforms, as have introduction sessions on SkillUp Greater Raritan, a program of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board (GRWDB). New virtual programs also are being developed.
In addition, all GRWDB Board and Committee meetings are being conducted virtually.

Krapf School Bus Opportunities Info Session

The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board are presenting a Virtual Information Session for job seekers at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, for Krapf School Bus, a family-owned business with locations in New Jersey, New York, Pennyslvania and Delaware.
The company is looking to fill the following positions: School Bus Driver (CDL not needed to apply).
Attendees will be get details about the positions from company representatives, and have the opportunity to ask questions. The employer will then conduct one-on-one interviews.
