Over the past two years, career-related services offered by the partners of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board have evolved to meet the needs of employers and job seekers in Hunterdon and Somerset counties.
The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Service Center at 27 Warren St., second floor, in Somerville is open for in-person, career-related services 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to Friday. While appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are welcomed. Appointment-only in-person career-related services are also available 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at the Training Center at 6 Gauntt Place in Flemington. All offices also continue to offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. In addition, a virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted on Fridays, and virtual career-webinars presented by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board continue to be scheduled. HireNewJersey Multi-University Alumni Career Fair

The HireNewJersey Multi-University Alumni Career Fair is being conducted on Thursday, June 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center, 97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837.
Admission is free.
More than a dozen universities from around the Northeast are inviting their alumni to participate in this event.
Fortune 500, Start-ups, non-profits and federal, state and local governments including the military are set to participate in the event. The participants represent accounting, consulting, education, engineering, finance, healthcare, government or non-profit, investment banking, marketing, media, sales and technology sectors. All employers are looking to hire full-time salaried employees.
