- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Career Webinar: How to Thrive During Transition and Change

Times of transition hold challenges and opportunities. Strategies and philosophies being presented at the workshop, “How to Thrive During Transition and Change,” are designed to equip attendees with tools that lead to self-empowerment and success. It will be presented by Jan Goodman, Community Outreach Specialist / Career Coach for the Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Training Services.
The workshop is part being presented in collaboration with the Somerset County Public Library System. It will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 15, through a virtual platform. Registration is required.
