- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Career Disabilities Conference: Facing the Future 2023

The Facing the Future annual conference on Friday, Oct. 13, in New Brunswick, highlights best practices in supporting people with disabilities in career planning, supported and customized employment, and transition from school to work. The conference is sponsored by The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities and NJ APSE.
The 2023 conference features 12 workshops on transition, support strategies, job coaching, and job development, and a keynote presentation by Collette Divitto, founded of Collettey’s Cookies and Collettey’s Non-profit Leadership Organization. The conference will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hyatt Regency New Brunswick, 2 Albany St., New Brunswick.
Continuing Education Credits are offered for Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Education, and APSE Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP).
