- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Constructing a Secure and Inclusive Workspace: Listening to Psychological and Physical Safety Concerns

Listening session on safety in the construction industry will be conducted on Wednesday, September 13, at the Newark Public Library, 5 Washington St., Newark.
There will be two listening sessions for Constructing a Secure and Inclusive Workshop. The first, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., is for employers. The second, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., will be for employees.
Each session will include agency introductions and an overview presentation, followed by discussions on physical safety and mental health challenges.
