- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. OSHA-10 Safety Training Class at RVCC

Essential workplace safety skills will be taught during an OSHA Safety Training being conducted at the Raritan Valley Community College Workforce Training Center on Lamington Road in Branchburg.
The OSHA-10 HR Training Class will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. from Wednesday, Aug. 23, to Friday, Aug. 25. Participants will gain insights and knowledge about ways to keep themselves and colleagues safe on the job. The program is open to anyone age 18 or older and is free of charge to participants.
The training is funded by the Opportunity Meets Innovation Challenge (OMIC) Grant. The OMIC “Creating On-ramps to College” grant from the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education is designed to expand educational opportunities for students.
