- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Matheny Employment Open House

Matheny, a Somerset-County based non-profit organization that provides healthcare, education and support to children and adults with complex developmental disabilities, is hosting an Employment Open House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m and 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at its Robert Schonhorn Arts Center, 65 Highland Ave., Peapack-Gladstone.
There are a number of opportunities available, including Direct Support Professionals; Registered Nurses (full-time and per diem); Pharmacy Technicians; LPNs; Respiratory, Physical and Speech Therapists; and Paraprofessionals. Besides the main campus in Peapack, Matheny also has community residences in Far Hills, Frelinghuysen, Basking Ridge and Somerset.
