- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Computer Fundamentals Workshop

Computer Fundamentals is being offered by the NORWESCAP Career & Life Transition Center from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, Jan.21, at its North Plainfield location at 170 Watchung Ave. This is a free class.
No computer experience? No problem. Class participants will learn how to use a computer mouse and keyboard, navigate in a computer and the important terms to understand when working with computers. This course is designed for anyone who has not spent much time using a computer. This course is a pre-requisite course for those thinking of taking the NORWESCAP Office 365 five-week course.
