- The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center Employment Services office and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) office at 75 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Somerville are open for walk-in services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding state holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 8 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington is open for walk-in services with state and county partners 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday, as well as phone and virtual services, excluding county holidays. - The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Services Center on the second floor of 27 Warren St. in Somerville is open for walk-in services from 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding county holidays. Call 908-541-5780 or email onestop@co.somerset.nj.us.
In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Hunterdon County Home Ownership Expo

The County of Hunterdon, the USDA Rural Development, the Center for Business & Entrepreneurship and the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a Homebuyer’s Expo from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, at Hunterdon Central Regional High School Commons and Little Theater, Junction Road, Flemington.
This free event will feature:
- Exhibitors sharing information and& resources on homeownership; these will include Realtors, lenders, title companies, inspectors, financial literacy counselors, careers-related agencies and more.
- A brief presentation by USDA Rural Development on its 100 percent Direct & Guaranteed loan programs
Agencies and businesses interested in having a table at the event may register by going here. There is no fee for a table, but space is limited so registration is required.
