Career-related services offered by the partners of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board focus on meeting customers from Hunterdon and Somerset Counties where they are.
The Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Training Service Center at 27 Warren St., second floor, in Somerville is open for in-person, career-related services 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Walk-ins are welcomed, but appointments are encouraged. Walk-in and appointment services are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday and by appointment on Thursday and Friday at the Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center at 6 Gauntt Place in Flemington. In-person career-related services are available Monday through Friday at the Greater-Raritan One-Stop Career Center – Employment Services and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation – at 75 Veterans Memorial Drive, Somerville. In addition to in-person, all offices offer services through e-mail, phone and virtual platforms. A virtual orientation session for new customers of the Training Center is conducted at 10 a.m. Fridays, and virtual and in-person career-webinars on different topics are presented an ongoing basis by the Training Center and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Bridge to Success: Virtual Webinar Series for Job Seekers

Are you feeling stressed in your job search?
The Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board and EmPoWER Somerset are offering in July and July a free eight-week virtual program for community members entitled “Bridge to Success.” These are challenging times. The stress-management techniques shared in this series will help participants survive and thrive during the job-search process, and in life.
The virtual series will run every Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. beginning June 6, 2023, and ending July 25, 2023.
Participation is limited to 12 people, and participants are expected to attend all sessions. Everyone who attends and completes seven of the eight sessions will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
