DESCRIPTION:Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) is presenting a two-day virtual Homebuyer Workshop from 5:30 to 8:15 p.m. Monday\, January 27 and Wednesday\, January 29. \nThis HUD certified homebuyer free workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of the home buying process. Attendees will hear from the industry’s local professionals about how to become a successful homeowner. Topics to be covered include: \n\nMoney Management and Budgeting\nWorking with a Realtor\nCredit\nFair Housing\nHow to Get a Mortgage\nHome Inspections & Ten Important Questions\nWorking with a Real Estate Attorney\nAffordable Housing Options\nHomeowners Insurance\nDown Payment and Closing Cost Grants\n\nAttendees must attend both days and will receive a certificate after the workshops are completed.
