DESCRIPTION:Applying for a job and encountering an unfamiliar experience?  When you submit an application online\, your materials are first read by a computer program. \nIn this webinar running from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday\, March 21\, participants will learn how to customize resumes with the right keywords. They also will explore the various file formats that applicant tracking systems read best\, receive tips on to effectively set up resumes\, and get a glimpse to how recruiters use and rate resumes as they go about their work.  Questions are encouraged. \nInformation and resources will be presented by staff members of the Great Raritan Workforce Development Board. \nThe event is presented in collaboration with the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey.
