DESCRIPTION:Norwescap Career & Life Transitions Center in Flemington is presenting a five-day Empowerment series with coach Marie Webber at Norwescap’s Flemington office at 84 Park Ave. The series will run on five consecutive Wednesdays\, from May 4 to June 1\, 9:30 a.m. to  2:30 p.m. with time for lunch and breaks. \nParticipants will be introduced to tools designed to bolster self-confidence; develop the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate and interact with others through a series of group and paired exercises; learn to implement effective steps in making choices while building confidence in decision-making abilities; learn simple techniques to lower the body’s stress response while boosting self-esteem; and learn a series of time management tools to help plan and prioritize activities and goals. \nThanks to a private donation\, the workshop series is free. \nTo register for this series\, call 908-788-1453.
