DESCRIPTION:Middle school students want to learn about New Jersey companies and the world of work! Traditionally\, Junior Achievement of New Jersey (JA) has helped educators connect their students with career pathways and opportunities that inspire their future. \nToward that end\, a JA Inspire Career Fair is being conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday\, February 24\, at Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg. \nThis is one in a series of career exploration events being conducted around the state for New Jersey students. This series brings together various industries\, companies\, and employee volunteer role models to show hundreds of middle school students in attendance firsthand available careers and their pathways. JA encourages employer and exhibitor participants to create engaging displays to educate and excite the students about the world of work. \nOther locations in the career exploration series are: \n\nWednesday\, November\, Sussex County Community College\, Newton\nThursday\, November 13\, Passaic County Community College\, Wanaque\nThursday\, November 20 and Friday\, November 21\, Rowan College of South Jersey\, Vineland\nWednesday\, December 10 and Thursday\, December 11\, Middlesex College\, Edison\nTuesday\, March 17\, Atlantic Cape Community College\, Cape May\nThursday\, March 19\, Atlantic Cape Community College\, Mays Landing\nThursday\, March 26\, Rowan College of South Jersey\, Sewell\nTuesday\, June 9\, Middlesex College\, Edison\n\nEmployers and agencies interested in being an exhibitor may register by going here or by using the link in this flyer.
