DESCRIPTION:Planning Pathways is series of four informational webinars for families supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) being presented by the Hunterdon County Library. Two webinars in January will focus on key aspects of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Eligibility application process. The February sessions will address logistical and legal planning topics to help families prepare for the futures of their loved ones. \nThe second webinar\, Navigating the DDD Service System: Understanding the 4 steps to be determined eligible and enroll in the DDD Service System\, will be presented by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities on Thursday\, January 20\, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. \nThis presentation will provide an overview of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) service system and the steps required to complete the DDD eligibility process.
