DESCRIPTION:Through policy\, oversight\, and planning\, the GRWDB ensures that workforce training and education investments are responsive to and meet the needs of employers and jobseekers and is responsible for maintaining committees to help inform decision-making around services and priorities. One of those includes the GRWDB’s Disabilities Committee\, which works to coordinate and integrate local disability services with each other and the One-Stop Career Center while seeking ways to expand and integrate local disability resources and services. \nThis month’s agenda will include scheduling and planning for a possible Disabilities Resource and Jobs Event in the fall.
