It will go over basic functionality such as rows\, columns\, and cells as well as how to enter and reference data. Participants will learn how to write basic Excel functions and understand how they can be used in everyday applications such as budgeting. The class will cover the key Excel options and settings and will touch on reporting capabilities using pivot tables and charts. \nMarch 26 – Google Sheets & Slides – Learn how to create spreadsheets using Google Sheets and presentations using Google Slides (Google’s free software similar to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint). The event\, presented by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board (GRWDB)\, will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce Center for Business & Entrepreneurship\, 119 Main St. Flemington. \nWhile registration is appreciated\, those who pre-register may be considered for pre-scheduled on-site interviews being conducted by some of the participating employers.
