According to the Mayo Clinic\, “job burnout is a special type of work-related stress — a state of physical or emotional exhaustion that also involves a sense of reduced accomplishment and loss of personal identity\,” that may be related to depression. And while depression is a much bigger bear to wrestle\, we can take steps to address\, manage\, and prevent burnout. \nScott is an award-winning author and speaker; she has years of experience leading corporate innovation and sustainability.
